Returns

Our policy lasts a total of 14 days, if 14 days have passed since receipt of items then we are unable to offer a refund. 

Before returning an item to us, you must contact us through treenperformance@gmail.com.

- Products that are not in their original packaging, missing items, used, or not in a saleable condition are not eligible for a refund.

- Products that are returned for any reason other than being faulty/defective will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- Products that are special orders and services are not eligible for a refund.

- Any products specially manufactured or modified may not be returned unless there is a prior agreement in writing from a member of the team.

- Orders for special or bespoke items may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless defective
